I'm updating my review as I had Peak Performance put on a new roof on another house last year. They did an excellent job like last time. Because of scheduling and availability, we had the masonry company put in the chimney after the roof was installed, which isn't ideal but we had no choice. Unfortunately, they completely messed up the flashing, and recently we noticed water coming into the house around the chimney during a large storm. The workers that came did an excellent job, they were quick, nice and worked hard. We got our roof replaced in Nov and they worked through the weather! very thankful. **Be very careful and look over driveway for nails and screws after roofing is done**
