Peak Performance Roofing LLC is a locally owned roofing company serving residential and commercial customers across Western Massachusetts. Led by owner James Flannery, who brings more than 40 years of hands-on roofing experience, the company is built on expert craftsmanship, dependable service, and a personal commitment to every project. Originally from the Greater Boston area, James relocated to Easthampton in 2015 and has since grown Peak into a trusted local name known for honest estimates, clear communication, and roofs built to last.

For this residential roofing project in Florence, MA, we removed the existing asphalt shingles and installed a new charcoal gray, 29-gauge exposed-fastener metal roofing system using Fabral Grandrib 3 panels.

We also installed an S-5! snow retention system to help manage snow and ice buildup, providing the home with a durable, low-maintenance, and long-lasting metal roof.

Peak Performance was great to work with through every step. The project took two days. The crew worked hard and we're careful to not disturb landscaping. The owner came to check in with crew and me both days and came by again after the project to check everything. Communication was excellent and the price was fair.
