Peak Performance Roofing LLC is a locally owned roofing company serving residential and commercial customers across Western Massachusetts. Led by owner James Flannery, who brings more than 40 years of hands-on roofing experience, the company is built on expert craftsmanship, dependable service, and a personal commitment to every project. Originally from the Greater Boston area, James relocated to Easthampton in 2015 and has since grown Peak into a trusted local name known for honest estimates, clear communication, and roofs built to last.

We removed the older roofing and installed CertainTeed Landmark® shingles in Pewterwood on this classic brick home. The deep charcoal-gray tones provide a clean contrast against the red brick, white trim, and dark rear deck while giving the home’s broad rooflines, hips, and ridges a crisp, uniform appearance.

The new asphalt shingle roof was carefully finished around the chimney and pipe penetrations to provide dependable weather protection. Landmark Pewterwood offers the dimensional appearance of a traditional architectural shingle while complementing the home’s established character.

We removed the aging shingles from this beautiful Northampton, Massachusetts home and installed CertainTeed Landmark® PRO shingles in Pewterwood. The shingles’ dimensional blend of warm gray, charcoal, and subtle brown tones complements the home’s red brick and white exterior while adding depth and definition across its broad, multi-level roofline. The finished roof provides a clean, unified appearance around the home’s gables, hips, valleys, chimney, and skylights.

This roof replacement was completed using the CertainTeed Integrity Roof System®, a coordinated combination of underlayments, starter shingles, roofing shingles, ventilation, and matching hip-and-ridge accessories designed to work together for long-term durability, performance, and weather protection. For additional protection against ice dams and wind-driven rain, we installed CertainTeed WinterGuard® ice-and-water membrane nine feet up from the eaves and provided six feet of coverage through the valleys.

The result is a durable new asphalt shingle roof that enhances the architectural character of this Northampton home while providing dependable protection through New England’s changing seasons.
