Peak Performance Roofing LLC is a locally owned roofing company serving residential and commercial customers across Western Massachusetts. Led by owner James Flannery, who brings more than 40 years of hands-on roofing experience, the company is built on expert craftsmanship, dependable service, and a personal commitment to every project. Originally from the Greater Boston area, James relocated to Easthampton in 2015 and has since grown Peak into a trusted local name known for honest estimates, clear communication, and roofs built to last.

This beautiful home in the Hilltowns of Western Massachusetts perfectly balances tradition and modern craftsmanship. The homeowners wanted to preserve the character of their wood-shingled porch while upgrading to a longer-lasting system that complemented their new standing seam metal roof on the main house. For the porch, we installed the SlateTec system using black Greenstone Slate quarried from Vermont, achieving the depth and texture of natural slate with the benefits of a lightweight, modern installation method. The result is a seamless blend of old-world charm and modern performance—where timeless materials meet contemporary roofing innovation.

Jim and Tommy came on time and did a full assessment of the roof and skylights. Gave me several options for the dormer(2/12 pitch) and did not recommend putting back shingles. Ivan and his crew came to work every day and on time. They protected all shrubs around the house and were very hard workers. They did an outstanding job stripping the old roof, replacing plywood as needed. They installed 3 new skylights and reroofed with new shingles and EPDM for the dormer.
