For this multi-level commercial building, our team at Peak Roofing Contractors expertly replaced a portion of the rubber roofing to ensure lasting protection. Situated in Warrenton, VA, we installed a 060 mil EPDM membrane over a new bonding adhesive on an ISO board, offering enhanced durability for our client. We carefully applied membrane cleaner and primer at all eaves and secured new flashing tapes, ensuring high-quality workmanship. Additionally, new universal pipe collars were installed to complete the project, guaranteeing a reliable roof that meets our client's needs.

Peak redid the roof when I moved into my new home in Warrenton. The roof looks perfectly fine and they were punctual with a decent price, but the clean up effort seemed non existent. I have found bits of shingle and trash and upwards of 40 roofing nails around my house since they left. I have a dog! If my dog stepped on one of those nails I would be furious but luckily I've combed through thoroughly and I believe I got them all. These guys are great! Mike who provided the estimate, the office staff, and the team that did the work where always punctual, friendly, and professional. I had an estimate within 2hrs and the price was fair. The on-site crew were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I'll definitely call them for all my window, door, gutter, and roof needs!
