Last month we had a new front door installed by Pella. I was shown stain color options on a laptop by their salesman, Derek Saunders. The stain I picked for the inside of the door matched our hardwood floor. When the door was installed the stain was not what I picked. It looks like a mahogany stain with red tones. Yes, I’m sure they have a great product. Whatever they are predators…. the salesman I had is named Ernie. He quoted me $67,000 for 10 fiberglass windows!!!!🤷♀️😤. The reason why he did this, in my opinion, is because he wouldn’t give me a quote and I said what is this to be $70,000? His answer was you’re in the ballpark.
