David Schmitts, who set our appt was cordial & easy to work with. Timothy Alvis, sales rep who came to our house & demoed & explained all our options, was very professional , considerate, & pleasantly persistent in working thru the numbers. Absolutely incredible experience! Our installer was Juan Garay and his team, and we have honestly never had a better contractor experience in over 20 years of home ownership. Mr. Garay and his team were respectful of our home and space, always on time in the mornings, did a FANTASTIC job with the install, and cleaned up after themselves in such an amazing manner that the house was actually cleaner after they left! I recently had a window replaced and the entire experience, from start to finish, was extremely favorable. The Pella installation crew was highly professional and courteous, as well as very skilled. They fully addressed my questions and worked very efficiently.
