Our old windows and patio door were mid 1970 vintage. Kyle Terrell was our representative. He answered all questions and followed up after the installation of the windows and patio door. There was a manufacturing delay due to materials that set back delivery and installation a week but wasn't a problem. Turned out the weather was better with the delay. The windows look amazing, and you can see, touch, and feel their quality. I was a bit apprehensive about this company because I had to wait almost 3 months for the installation, but the wait was worth it. The installer, Juan G. and his crew, made the difference between a happy customer and a very satisfied one.
