There was a wait to get the windows but it was worth it. Patrick was professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the products and the installation crew was also efficient and professional during the installation process. The sales people and installation crew are very professional and courteous. It was well worth the wait to get these windows. We replaced old Pella windows but these new ones have made a huge difference to the look of the house and will be low maintenance as well. Would thoroughly recommend this product!
