Rhett was very knowledgeable and professional. He greeted my dog walking up, she was so happy to meet him. We sat down and he clearly described all my options to me. Letting me know about all the types of windows and what the differences are. We are having a hiccup with our insurance company but he assured us that it's okay and wasn't forceful to make a sale immediately. 10/10
