My beautiful Pella door was installed yesterday but the paint around the door itself was literally peeled back on the wall. I called and talked to my rep Sky who referred me to Rpc Sascha Jones who told me that “according to industry standards” it was to be expected and they would not cover it... I would not pay that much for a door from Pella ever again as they do not stand by their work.
