Scot from Pella Windows & Doors was incredible. He showed up on time and went over so many options with me. He also explained, in detail, the pros and cons of different features (e.g. the anti-rot frame, fiberglass vs steel, etc). Contrast that with someone from a different company who didn’t show me any physical materials, showed up late, and priced out a door that did not contain all of the features that he was mentioning in order to get the sell.
