He also explained, in detail, the pros and cons of different features (e.g. the anti-rot frame, fiberglass vs steel, etc). We've been waiting a long time to finally replace all of our windows. We made appointments with multiple companies and Alex Adamis from Pella was scheduled first. Alex was excellent and his knowledge of his product was outstanding! He left no questions unanswered. He's been doing this a long time and put us at ease about the decision. Ultimately we went with Alex and Pella without meeting anyone else! We’ve already asked him back to discuss sliding doors. Thanks Alex!
