Considered Pella windows due to top rating for the 350 Series in Consumer Reports ratings.The 350 Series has been discontinued. Went ahead and met with Pella for an estimate for to replace 12 windows in my home with the Impervia Series. The Pella meeting to get an estimate was incredible. We met for nearly four hours and it was a very informative and enjoyable process. John Dezelan was the sales person and he was a very down to earth, blunt to the point, friendly sales person. We just signed a contract to have windows replaced in our home. Honestly when we made the appointment, we weren’t 100% convinced about the timing, quality or affordability of windows but David Rowe was so very patient and thorough with availability of the product.
