The Pella representative Rhett Williams was amazing He went over every option and want/need I had and gave me honest feedback. Our old windows and patio door were mid 1970 vintage. Kyle Terrell was our representative. He answered all questions and followed up after the installation of the windows and patio door. There was a manufacturing delay due to materials that set back delivery and installation a week but wasn't a problem. Turned out the weather was better with the delay.
