Great experience with Pella rep very prompt right on time. Learned a lot about our windows and how Pella makes their windows. Drew brought in his science experiment to demonstrate (heat lamp and btu meter) real difference in transfer of heat. Drew made as feel very comfortable with the purchase and the hope the installations go as good. Thank you
