            We bought 12 windows from Pella. They were able to come and install all the windows in one day. Expectation was to do it two days. The reason we went with Pella was they offered a cruise voucher if we went with them. well this voucher is not all it is cracked up to be. The company that does the voucher is Executive Tour & Travel Services. Even with the voucher we received the cruise was $2,000, I went to look at the price just as a retail client and it was the same price. I asked what the benefi... Read more

            Our pella windows are nice, but customer service is terrible! To be fair, they were ordered through Lowe's and we were provided windows that do not match. The 3 window feature in the front of our house will now have 3 different looking windows. Also, one was damaged by hail, just a small pop out piece of vinyl. $450 to replace that small piece!!! Insane! We will definitely not be installing any more Pella Windows in our home.
