I have a 95 year old historical home which needed new windows. I wanted them to match exactly the style and grill pattern of my original windows. Kyle Goldsmith was extremely knowledgeable and made the whole process easy and pleasant. Clark Griffin of Proud Crowd construction swiftly took out and replaced all 35 windows with great attention to detail. Pella of Amarillo does beautiful work - I love my new windows !

No response to my call to replace my slider for my patio door! The Amarillo representative is very unfriendly and non helpful and is not forthcoming with any information. A phone call would be nice! Bad customer service!!! Will not recommend Pella for anything and to no one. Sad way to handle a possible returning customer! One lousy door, how hard can it be?
