            Do not give them any identifying information!! Especially your phone number. I got a quote for windows over a year ago. Decided to shop around, and did not buy from them. But they have my number and now I get endless spam calls from multiple Pella numbers. I block each one and it continues with another number. You've been warned.

Fern took us thru the different options of window types and allowed us to ask a ton of questions.             Pella Frisco: Disorganized, Disrespectful, and Downright Disgraceful Let’s rewind to two months ago when things looked promising. Derek Koerner, the Pella sales rep, came out to our home. After reviewing the scope, we agreed to finance (at 2%) a window replacement project that also included rebuilding window frames, partial siding, and work on the master bath window.
