Excellent Service Team! Even the best quality items need maintenance sometimes. I have a 12’ Pella 350 series sliding door unit that needed some maintenance and adjustments after a hail storm. The Pella Service Team, Cody and CJ were awesome! Things go wrong... that is life, but this service team went above and beyond to make it right. Thanks guys for being friendly, on time, and for getting my doors back in great working condition!
