            I have very clear no soliciting signs, as well as notes to not ring the bell or knock..I even have a large sign saying to 'Go Away' if the rest isn't clear enough. So, of course, your door-to-door salesperson decided to both ring and loudly knock on my door which upset my household. If you cannot follow those simple instructions, why would I assume you are trustworthy or care about your customers?

            Let me tell you why Ernie is one of the best salespeople out there. First off, he showed up early on a Saturday morning because that's the only time my wife and I had availability. Secondly, he was very informative about the products Pella offered and was quick to answer any of our questions.             Our window experience was awesome. We built our home 31 years ago and still had the original windows. Our salesperson, Timothy and installation crew were outstanding.
