            Let me tell you why Ernie is one of the best salespeople out there. First off, he showed up early on a Saturday morning because that's the only time my wife and I had availability.             Our window experience was awesome. We built our home 31 years ago and still had the original windows. Our salesperson, Timothy and installation crew were outstanding.
