Jeff Gunter arrived on time and was very professional. I did learn that they don’t replace broken or cracked glass on a window, they specialize in replacing the entire window (I.e. home upgrade project etc). I just needed the glass part of my existing window repaired/replaced so it wasn’t a good match but Jeff was very kind and patient in explaining to me the difference and what they can help with.

I had an excellent experience with Pella from the show room on Preston to the installation. I ordered two windows and a front door. Everything fit well and all of it was done in an afternoon. I plan to replace more windows periodically over the next few years and will keep using Pella. The windows not only reduce air infiltration but also reduced outside noise. My bedroom is much cooler now.
