Madelyn came out to the house to give an estimate for my windows, and was right on time. She explained everything perfectly, and wasn’t pushy at all. She seemed very knowledgeable and very honest! She was also very nice and outgoing, which made the visit enjoyable! People like her and businesses like Pella are all about customer service, and that goes a long way in our book! Much appreciated! David with Pella glass came out to our new home yesterday to quote us on getting new windows installed. He was prompt and very informative. David was very personable which made the visit pleasant and comfortable. Not once did we feel like he was trying to just make some money off of us like some other companies we have had come out. Pella windows did a great job at confirming our appointment time and also David was incredibly quick to send pictures of samples to reference and our quote.
