We had numerous windows installed and had an issue with one window or so we thought Pella sent their service reps out to our house and they were able to figure out the problem turns out it was not the window but the metal plate above the window that was causing an irritating noise. A very BIG Thanks to CJ AND CODY who solved the problem. We will continue to replace windows with Pella as a result of their after installation customer service we received.

Great experience during a visit for a price estimate to replace existing windows.
