Although this happened September 2020 I must say that the first set of technicians were terrible putting in the door. The reason being , I specifically asked that I would have no extra work to do. The first technicians left a mess; they left quite a bit of space between the house and the door and told me to put concrete in the crack . I wasn't doing it!! Recently had our front door & all windows replaced. Drew was a great sales rep, Jace & his installation team were incredible & efficient. Prices were shockingly expensive but there's not much between very expensive & cheaper. It all looks very beautiful. Had to wait 3½ mos from order to installation but happy with the outcome. Only worry was the huge gaps btwn the windows & brick. So they had to caulk & edge/finish it all together..... Everyone was super nice, helpful, & answered any questions w... Read more
