Pella sales associate Mr. Blake arrived to our home on time and was courteous to us and offered recommendations for our home and details on build quality. He talked us out of a wood door for the front and steered us towards a fiberglass door which would be lower cost, lower maintenance and still provide a strong, cable and appealing door. We are currently shopping around for other bids and if the numbers are close we will be happy to go with Pella.
