Andre (my sales rep) was a complete gentleman. Honestly, he was the reason I purchased at a higher price than Home Depot and it helps that everything is in house. I will update my review after installation.
The two stars are because they MIGHT be good. I wouldn't know though, because I never heard back from them. I set up an appointment with them to come out and look at my window to give me an estimate on how much it would cost to replace it. Their guy came to my house, did some measuring and said he would email me with the quote. I never heard back. It's funny that this isn't the first company to do this. I guess it's a window company trend.
Nothing but great things to say about the products, but what sold my wife and I was the level of professionalism and understanding our consultant Ryan Mikemayer provided! He made the process so easy and there's no reason to go elsewhere! Thank you Pella!
