            Ernie, the sales rep who came to our house, was knowledgeable, very entertaining, and answered all of our questions. He provided samples and helped us customize our order, including changing the hardware finish. Both Ernie and the fellow who came to take measurements have promised that great care will be taken not to damage surrounding trim during the installation process. We are hoping that the installation goes smoothly.
