We fulfilled our contractual obligation with an initial payment, expecting the remaining balance to be paid upon completion of the window installation. Instead, we endured numerous installation delays due to alleged part shortages, which we patiently accepted.             I can't describe how frustrating it is to deal with this company. The initial install was a nightmare as there was missing hardware. It was difficult to get an update as no one took responsibility to resolve the problem and commit to a schedule. Unfortunately, I broke a panel and need a replacement. It's a nightmare all over again trying to get through to someone that will take care of the problem. Their phone system has a endless tree of options to direct the call to "appropriate" department...             Windows are less than a year old, and they’re leaking water into our home. I called to schedule service, and it took TEN days to finally get someone to schedule us, and then I was told it would be SEVEN WEEKS before someone would be able to come out. Avoid.
