Melissa was great in helping me pick which widows were best for me! She was professional, kind and responsive! I gave two stars, but not because of Melissa, she was great! I was just a little frustrated with Pella. I am a first time homebuyer, and therefore this is my first time buying windows. The trim I got is much larger than my existing trim.
