Great service from Rhett Williams. He was very responsive and knowledgeable about all aspects of the sale from the product to the installation to the warranties. He made our experience one that was easy and very thorough. We look forward to working with him on our future window purchase.

Rhett was very helpful and provided us with a lot of options and guidance on a very big project replacing 4 large sets of sliding glass doors. Rhett is very professional and knowledgeable and pretty funny too!

*changing review* I had to hire a contractor to fix the botched installation that Pella did in our master bathroom. After multiple visits, the window was still leaking. Pellas only fix was to caulk it. I had a contractor remove and re-install the window. He had to replace framing that was rotted because PELLA did not properly flash. Imagine spending $10k on windows for a job like that?
