Quality windows & doors. However, we were left with unfinished wood with advertisements on the wood that were stock painted. The salesman/ contractor didn’t follow up after the job for almost 10 days then we had to contact him & send him pictures. We have unpainted wood now on the outside & chipped paint all over our freshly remodeled interior & the newly installed back door squeaks terribly every time you open it. We hired Pella Lubbock hoping their premium pricing would translate to premium service. Unfortunately, a series of errors and miscommunications made the experience very stressful. Further, Pella corporate and local management never got involved, and that's plain sad. The biggest setback came when our two large, custom sliding patio doors were mismeasured by several inches, requiring a complete re-order.
