Zero stars. A defective door was installed. The windows on the door are crooked (feels like a fun house). This door doesn't look fancy but cost $11,000. The installer noted the defect on the day of installation and said there was not going back because the casing had been removed but a new door would be arranged. The product, materials, and craftsmanship is unparalleled. However, it literally took over two years to finally get someone out. We needed maintenance and repairs and nobody would come out. Finally a salesman came out but ended up selling us new windows and a door we probably didn't need. After $32k and two years, I still have doors that dont function like they should and a door panel with broken glass.

Our experience from start to finish was excellent. Our salesperson was great as were the two installers. The quality and workmanship on the products and installation were excellent. Will uses again.

We drove 1 hour only to find out the store was closed. Very disappointed.
