It was refreshing to have a company conduct business as they said they would do. So many times a sales person just trying to get the sale will almost say anything to get your business. This time pella windows actually came trough. They arrived on time the work was completed in a workmanship and timely manner. The install team was generally concerned and courteous at all times it was a pleasure to have them work on my residence. Great job!!!

The contractors were on time and did a really good job installing the windows. They did a pretty decent job of cleaning up after themselves. However, they really trampled the flowerbed more than normally expected to the point that management promised compensensation I have YET to receive!!

Got a quote last week. Sales rep told us he'd email us the quote. We haven't heard from him again since, despite several times in trying to contact him through email, mobile, through the company. The mobile phone number on his card isn't even his phone number. I tried getting our quote sent straight from the company. Called 3 times and talked to 3 different people. Super glad we didn't go with them.
