Windows look great, work as advertised and were installed pretty well under what were ideal conditions. Communication with Pella basically disappeared after installation subcontractors entered the picture and the installation date arranged. Installation itself went reasonably well - I'd hire that team again - but they could have done some clean-up chores a bit better. Great experience working with Drew Campbell. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions with a great and positive attitude. I highly recommend working with him. We are going to have our windows replaced with Pella Windows & Doors of Fort Worth because of him. Showed us how important is to have a good product placed at your home that will last for many years to come. It took 5 months for my windows to be installed. Pella cancelled two of installation dates they had made. When my windows were finally installed they were not the windows we wanted do to an error by the salesman Do not purchase anything through this company. Pella suggested I contact them why did they not contact me after my post. No customer service from them at all. Prior to this post I talked to multiple Pella managers and they were no help, so I repeat Do not use this company.

Called last week at 3:30 the day before a trip to ask for help getting our exterior door to close. After walking my husband through steps to fix realized door lock broken. They sent out someone with parts because under warranty. The manager gave us his cell phone and helped talk my husband through several steps when he was having issues after her installed. It was 7:30 pm and he was already at home! Wonderful customer service. Great doors despite this happening! Great service! Highly recommend.
