A part was missing at the original install, which was ordered and took another ten weeks to arrive. The part that came was not the right one. My sals man, John Lewis was excellent. Knowledgable, responsive and most important, I trusted him. The installation team lead by Mr. Steven Alvarez was excellent. The team wore masks in our house for my wife who is immune compromised. They were polite, efficient and very friendly. The whole experience was enjoyable, My thanks.
