Buyer Beware: Pella will tell you that there's a 10 year warranty. But if you pay them Pella prices and they contract with an inferior manufacturer and install these inferior doors on your house, their warranty no longer applies. So, when the cheap doors that you way over paid for break: Pella will ignore you. Even after you pay them $13k for three doors. What a scam.
