I had a sales rep come out for a quote. He showed up on time, everything went smoothly there, but he had me apply to see if could get approved for financing. I explained that I was getting other quotes, which Pella ended up being by far the highest, and I was not ready to apply if it would hit my credit. The Pella representative was great. She listened to me and came up with solutions to some of the time constraints I was facing. The follow up person that verified the measurements, etc. was professional and so courteous. Both representatives actually listened to me and understood the situation.
