Recently had our front door & all windows replaced. Drew was a great sales rep, Jace & his installation team were incredible & efficient. Prices were shockingly expensive but there's not much between very expensive & cheaper. It all looks very beautiful. Had to wait 3½ mos from order to installation but happy with the outcome. We have not made a decision yet, so this rating is for the salesperson who conducted our appointment - John Dezelan. He was friendly, professional and patient as he answered all of our questions and educated us regarding options for replacing over 40 windows in our 30 year old house. The project will be major and very costly, therefore we have a lot to consider before moving forward.
