I can't describe how frustrating it is to deal with this company. The initial install was a nightmare as there was missing hardware. It was difficult to get an update as no one took responsibility to resolve the problem and commit to a schedule. Unfortunately, I broke a panel and need a replacement. Windows are less than a year old, and they’re leaking water into our home. I called to schedule service, and it took TEN days to finally get someone to schedule us, and then I was told it would be SEVEN WEEKS before someone would be able to come out. Avoid.
