Andrew Rutherford was sent out to undo 3 weeks of confusion between Pella Corporate Office in Grapevine and the local Lowes in McKinney. If there was a rating better than excellent for this Pella Rep, he certainly deserves it. The windows I have are great, the new ones I’m getting will finally finish a job that’s taken me years to complete. Like icing on the cake….

Another update: I didn't buy from them and I don't think I will consider them in the future. No estimate was sent just verbally given a rough estimate. Update: I was contacted my a supervisor the next day. They offered an apology and got my scheduled the same day. I appreciate how they were responsive and showed how much they value their potential customers. I haven't bought anything yet as we are deciding based on availability.
