Jesse came today to fix an issue with our new Pella windows. He was quick and courteous and explained a piece he found during the repair that needed replaced and how he would address that.
I had already planned to replace my windows a few years ago, some probably were the original windows installed 50 years ago when the house was built and they had become rather drafty and and unfortunately the cold caused one to snap.
