listing online said frisco location was open till 4 we get there and it’s closed permanently called pella and associate said frisco has been closed for a long time . he instructed that dallas location was open till 4 and it was just 20 min down the road in dallas. 45 min later we pull up to dallas location and its not even open on saturday after associate said they were open till 4!! it would be nice to have associates that know when the business is open so customers who have to drive in an hr... I highly recommend Pella! We just ordered an entry door, and the process was completely painless. Jacob was amazing and extremely patient. Yes, Pella is more expensive than some other places, but their selection and one stop shop is worth the price!
