I had already planned to replace my windows a few years ago, some probably were the original windows installed 50 years ago when the house was built and they had become rather drafty and and unfortunately the cold caused one to snap. So after calling and setting up an appointment to see the cost and replacement timing was pleasantly surprised to find they had a zero interest credit card offer which really sealed the deal.
