Pella was a great company to work with. Specifically, Juan was our team leader and he made sure everything was not only installed properly but also cleaned well after they left. Moreover. when unpacking a window, he noticed it was lightly scratched, so he alerted me to it, showed it to me, and contacted the main office to request a glass replacement as soon as possible. I felt he was looking out for my best interests. Would go with Pella again.

John repaired a patio door that was initially installed incorrectly and had subsequently stopped locking. He was able to devise a work around that eliminates the need for the door to be removed to fix. We are pleased with the outcome.

At the time of this review 8/1/2021, the windows and patio door haven't been installed. I have just met with Michael and he was professional and ontime, he stayed and answered all my questions, went over the install process and explained and provided videos of why Pella windows are superior to others (I asked him why I should select Pella).
