LaTrell arrived right on time to check my Pella door lock mechanism that was catching improperly and was getting hard to open. He spent a long time very thoroughly checking out all of the possible issues that could be causing the problem and completely fixed the lock. Jessie from Customer Service did a great job installing the screen door to our new sliding glass door. A part was missing at the original install, which was ordered and took another ten weeks to arrive. The part that came was not the right one. But Jessie, understanding that we had waited 10 weeks for the part, persevered and found the needed part! Thanks to Jessie for taking ownership of the situation and completing our project!

My sals man, John Lewis was excellent. Knowledgable, responsive and most important, I trusted him. The installation team lead by Mr. Steven Alvarez was excellent. The team wore masks in our house for my wife who is immune compromised. They were polite, efficient and very friendly. The whole experience was enjoyable, My thanks.

Sky was great—with the benefit of her design advice, we ended up deciding to paint our door vs purchasing a new door. If we need window or door service in the future we will be sure to call Sky.
