Buying Pella windows was such an Amazing Experience!They are a little pricy but for Good Reason.Once you order, it takes a couple months to have installed. IF YOU ARE ON THE FENCE, DO IT! The people they hire have alot of experience and dignity. They show up on the dot, they leave no mess behind. They even replaced a baseboard, from a crapy builders grade window poorly installed. The Pella Sales Rep Jared Hamilton came out to talk with me in regards to installing a picture window and a bay window. I have to say I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and how professional he was with understanding what we wanted and getting all of our questions answered.
