“ It was a pleasure doing business with your whole company. Scott Hamilton was particularly outstanding! The rest of the employees were great too. I have only good words for Penfolds, and would recommend their services again. “

called in for a leaky roof problem, and they were here the next day! It was amazing. When it's pouring in Vancouver, I certainly was not expecting this turnaround, but certainly am impressed with that sort of customer service! Would highly recommend Penfolds to anyone just from this experience.
Thank you for the kind words Sharon! We will work hard to deliver a similar experience to anyone you refer or recommend.
Amazing service, friendly staff. Great company!
Thanks for the kind words Markus
Recently had Penfolds Roofing install their ecoroof rubber shake product to replace our 27 year old cedar shake roof. We couldn't have been more pleased with the whole project. Chris McCready was our project lead and he was always very prompt in getting back to us with any questions or concerns we might have. The crew only took 2 days to install the ecoroof. We appreciate your business Ed. Our Eco Roof is a beautiful product! Thank you for any recommendations you send our way. All the best!!
I recently had my roof replaced by Penfolds Roofing because a friend had recommended them and I'm glad I did. They were very professional and proficient starting from the quote to the office staff handling the booking to the roofers installling it. After inspecting it I can truely say it was a job well done! The installers even cleaned up the debris so well that other than a sharply new roof you couldn't tell they were even here. I would recommend Penfolds to anyone replacing their roof.
Thank you for the kind words Randy. I'll make sure the team knows of your compliments. All the best!
