Nine years after having our roofing job done, a job we were very happy with, we discovered a problem with the bathroom fan venting arrangement while having some other work done. Penfolds came out on a Sunday morning to fix it, no questions asked. I was very impressed.
Very good price. Workman were fast, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. Booking contract was very clear, without any grey areas. Penfold provided WorkSafeBC paperwork as well as proof of insurance. When job was done, a quality supervisor inspected the roof to make sure everything was done correctly. Very professional indeed.
Amazing team, amazing service. I am recommending them to everyone.
