Very disappointed with Penfolds Roofing. I have now called 4 times to schedule a repair and despite being promised a call back, nobody returns my calls. It seems to me that they are hiding from their guarantee.

We sincerely thank you for bringing your concern to our attention. Past customers and in particular warranties take priority. This has been our policy for over 75 years. I have personally looked into your concern and apologize for the inconvenience caused you. It appears that we were not able to locate your file right away as you purchased the home from our initial customer in October 2012 and we had not processed the transfer properly which resulted in a slight delay of 2 days. This roof was replaced 9 years ago and the file was in our archives. Please do not hesitate to contact me directly if we can be of any further assistance.
