We had a cedar shake roof put on many years ago which is still in very good shape. The work was done on schedule. The crew was professional. We had two minor problems unrelated to the roof install which they came out and fixed quickly. Would absolutely recommend this company.

They replaced our roof with a rubber tile that has been an excellent product. It looks great and doesn’t have moss grow on it like our previous concrete tile did. Adam was great to deal with and the workers were professional and did a great job.

Roof seems to be fine, to early to tell if it is going to hold up. The grit on the roof is slowly washing off. I do wish that I had gotten the down pipes replaced as thay are now showing problems.

Hi Paul, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate your observations regarding the roof and downpipes. While the downpipes were not included in the original scope, we’d be happy to provide a quote if you’re interested. Regarding the granule loss, we’d like to offer a complimentary one-hour assessment to ensure everything is performing as expected and address any concerns. During the assessment, we can determine if the granule loss is above normal for the age of your roof and review whether it may be covered under warranty. Please reach out to schedule a convenient time by contacting us at repairs@penfoldsroofing.com. We appreciate your business and want to make sure your roof is providing the protection you expect.

Jose and his crew at Penfolds did a great re-roofing job on my Father's house last year. All the work was professionally done and the clean-up on the grounds around the house was very thorough. We did have some concerns about the appearance of the new flashings around the chimneys - we brought this up with Jose and he had his crew leader Jessie come out and improve them to our satisfaction. Very pleased with their overall work and competitve pricing and would recommend them.
