Very professional and organized from start to finish. In Vancouver, a roof is so important that it's really more like a foundation. Penfolds seems to understand this importance and works accordingly. Well done!

Kevin was easy to talk to, quick to respond, and helped us choose the right roof. They were able to accommodate our schedule, and the crew finished the job in under a week. We had concerns about the skylights, but Kevin had someone fix it right away. Great service all around at Penfolds.

I have had an amazing experience with them, especially Kevin their estimator. He was extremely honest in explaining the options available to me while never applying pressure towards an upsell and was in constant contact with me throughout the process, offered honest feedback including opportunities for me to save money - and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. I highly recommend them

We recently had a Block Party and received unsolicited praise from our neighbours about our new roof and gutters. They are stunning ! Special thanks to Norm Sterling, Lenora, Joey and his crew, and the gutter people for their exemplary service. Collectively, they are class act.
